EmpowerHer Into Business was born from both experience and purpose.

I know what it feels like to have the weight of the world on your shoulders — to be capable, determined, and full of potential, yet still feel stuck, alone, or unsure where to turn for support. I’ve been there.

When I was younger, I was told that men were the breadwinners, and that opportunities like university were reserved for sons, not daughters. Life taught me quickly that this wasn’t the truth. As a single mum of four, I carried full responsibility for our future — building a career that kept us afloat, but at the cost of my own health and wellbeing.

That experience shaped everything I do today. It’s why I’m so passionate about helping women create both personal strength and financial freedom — so no woman ever has to feel powerless, stuck, or unable to stand on her own two feet.

And it’s why I created EmpowerHer Into Business — a community where women in business don’t have to do it alone. Here, you’ll find genuine support, practical guidance, and the encouragement to believe in yourself and your abilities — even when doubt creeps in.

I don’t want to see capable women give up on their dreams because they feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure how to move forward. So many women I meet tell me they’ve struggled with imposter syndrome, procrastination, or the sheer loneliness of trying to figure it all out on their own. They’re passionate about what they do, but behind the scenes they’re exhausted from wearing all the hats — and secretly worried they don’t have what it takes to succeed.

I know those feelings all too well, and I also know they don’t have to define your journey.

For over 20 years, I’ve been helping women step out of self-doubt and into their confidence. As a Sales and Business Manager, coach and trainer, I led a district of around 550 women building their own businesses — from side hustles to multiple six-figure empires. What I learned is this:
