Thank you for joining the EmpowerHer Into Business Network as a Founding Member. You are part of a select group of women helping shape the future of this program.
This program is a 12-month commitment with one live coaching session scheduled once per month, including planning to create your personalised Business Success Blueprint. Your monthly attendance and participation (when applicable) is crucial to your, and your business success, in the program.
By joining, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Founding Member Benefits
As a Founding Member, you will receive:
Lifetime Membership at a Special Rate – Your annual membership fee of $397 AUD is locked in for life, subject to the Terms of this agreement.
Bonus One-on-One Coaching Session – A single, personalised coaching session with Karen Davey, designed to support your business and personal development.
Exclusive Founding Member Welcome Gift – A thoughtful gift sent to your Australian address.
Influence the Program – The opportunity to provide feedback and ideas to shape the program, ensuring it meets the real needs of women in business.
Early Access & Community starting January 2026 – Connect with fellow Founding Members and gain early access to resources, events, and networking opportunities.
2. Membership Access & Platform
Membership is provided through the EmpowerHer Into Business Hub (the “Platform”).
As this is the first launch of the membership system, there may be minor technical glitches or delays as we navigate the Platform’s maiden voyage. We will work diligently to resolve any issues as they arise.
By signing up, you acknowledge that you are part of this early-stage experience and agree to provide constructive feedback where possible.
3. Payment Terms
The Founding Member fee of $397 AUD is payable once annually, and the fee is locked in for the duration of your continued membership.
Payment must be made via the designated payment method at the time of sign-up.
Membership will continue automatically each year unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
As a Founding Member, all payments are non-refundable, including if you choose to cancel your membership later.
If the Platform experiences unforeseen delays or technical issues, no refunds will be issued, but we will make every effort to resolve the situation promptly.
5. Member Conduct
All members are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive, and professional environment.
Any behaviour deemed harmful, abusive, or discriminatory may result in membership suspension or termination at the discretion of KDLCoaching.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided within the membership, including coaching materials, workbooks, recordings, and resources, remain the intellectual property of KDLCoaching.
Members may access and use content for personal and business development only.
Sharing, reproducing, or distributing content outside the membership without permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The EmpowerHer Into Business Network provides guidance, resources, and coaching to support your growth. Success depends on your own efforts and application of what you learn.
KDLCoaching and its representatives are not liable for any loss, damage, or missed opportunities resulting from your participation in the membership.
8. Program Continuation & Changes
While every effort is made to deliver the EmpowerHer Into Business membership program as planned, KDLCoaching reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the program if unforeseen circumstances arise or if minimum participation numbers are not met.
In the unlikely event that the program does not proceed, Founding Members will receive a full refund of any membership fees paid.
Any additional bonus inclusions (such as the 1:1 coaching session or welcome gift) will not be fulfilled if the program is cancelled prior to official commencement.
KDLCoaching reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the membership structure, content, and services to improve the experience. Founding Members will be notified of any significant changes.
In the event the program commences but is later deemed no longer viable to continue, KDLCoaching reserves the right to discontinue the program. Should this occur, a pro-rata or goodwill refund may be issued at the discretion of KDLCoaching, depending on the portion of the membership term already delivered.
9. Agreement & Acknowledgement
By joining as a Founding Member, you acknowledge and agree to:
Pay the lifetime discounted fee of $397 AUD annually.
Participate in this early-stage program with patience and understanding of minor technical issues.
Respect fellow members and contribute positively to the community.
Understand that the one-off coaching session and welcome gift are non-transferable.
Accept that if the program is cancelled prior to official commencement, your membership fee will be refunded in full.
Acknowledge that if the program discontinues mid-term, any refund will be pro-rata or goodwill-based, at the discretion of KDLCoaching.
You agree to make every effort to attend every coaching session, generally once a month - eg. 12 zoom sessions over the year.
*Planning sessions make up 5 of these sessions and are the longest sessions -the duration may be up to three hours and are the core business element of the program. Other monthly sessions may range from 30 - 90 minutes. All sessions are designed with full intent to support and grow both you and your business.
